An Integrated Data Mining Framework for Organizational Resilience Assessment and Quality Management Optimization in Trauma Centers

Every second counts for patients with life-threatening injuries, and trauma centers deliver timely emergency care to traumatic injuries. Quality assessment improvement are some of the most fundamental concerns in centers. In this study, a comprehensive organizational resilience approach is proposed evaluate performance using European Foundation Management as strategic approach. We propose unique intelligent algorithm composed parametric non-parametric statistical methods determine type extent influence within quality management perspectives. use structural equation modeling examine reliability validity input data. The efficiency each center then measured machine learning method genetic programming, support vector regression, Gaussian process regression. mean absolute percentage error used optimal model, fuzzy data envelopment analysis model verify validate results obtained from model. show that customer results, human capital key have highest importance weights positive on management. Cognitive resources, roles responsibilities, self-organization resilience.
